Born January 12, 1953, in Berkeley Springs, WV., he was the middle of seven children of Emory and Hallie Fleegle, and the husband of Lyla Fleegle, who he married November 18, 2006. He grew up across the river bridge in Hancock, MD., where he would call “Home” the rest of this life. Evelyn Grace Hartley, 93, Little Orleans, MD., passed away peacefully, Monday, November 14, 2022, in the comfort of her home. Born July 4, 1929, in Flintstone, MD., she was the daughter of the late Wade and Bessie Alt Wallizer, of Flintstone, MD., and the widow of George Hartley, who passed away July 18, 2009.
